I would like to take this opportunity to commend you on your staff. My wife and myself felt so at ease from the start with the professionalism that your Sales Rep treated us with. He was the only one from all the company’s we got out to quote us that recommended we first put a logger on to determine what is needed and also come up with some excellent ideas to ensure that our security system will always have power. Once we paid the deposit a date was given to us that fitment will take place and true to their word the installation team arrived on that date. We had various people on site doing what they were supposed to do even when it started to rain the solar panel crew just kept on going obviously in a safe manner.
The site Forman Kyle made sure that everything was perfect before he left daily. The system was completed within 4 days and as per the attached photo, it looks fabulous and neat. Once the system was commissioned we had two issues that came up but all it took was a phone call to Nevelle and Kyle and the problem was attended to immediately.
BMI has been in business for 34 years and one of the things we found lacking in South Africa is service, but Red Energy showed us that there are still people out there that thrive on service.
I will definitely recommend Red Energy to anyone that wants to install a solar System.
