This is also visible in his relationship with his wife and three children. He loves them dearly and try to create moments where he intentionally involves aspects of development and growth in their relationship.

Maureen Joubert
Maureen gets things done. She plans and manages corporate functions and tasks to ensure smooth operations at ground level.
She remains calm and controlled through everything. She finds perspective to scenarios and brings practical solutions.
She is a reliable pillar to the company and to her home. Like any great mom, she finds time in the day to make sure all the kids are happy and have what they need. Through anything, it is better when she is around.
Jeff van der Merwe
Jeff is an integral part of Red Energy and joined the team in 2013. As Head of Sales, he is often the first contact between any potential client and Red Energy. It helps that he is open-minded, understanding, and straight to the point. Jeff is a great team player and leans on integrity and respect when resolving challenges.
